Return and Refund

If you don’t like our decoys or have an product quality issue, we are happy to take your returns.
We accept returns within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Please ship back your order to the SHIP-FROM address on the shipping label. Buyer is to cover shipping cost unless it’s a product quality issue(We will send a pre-paid shipping label in this case).

After we receive your returned order, we will issue a refund to you within 1 business day. Refund will reach your card in 3-5 business days depending on the bank.

Shipping Policy, Transit Time and Rates

We normally ship within 1-2 business days upon receipt of your order.
We use FedEx Ground for shipping all orders.
We offer free shipping for orders above $99 within US. For orders below $99, we charge a flat rate of $8.99 per order

For orders to Canada, we charge a flat shipping rate of $50 per item. We ship within 1-2 business days as well and shipping transit is 7-15 days.
Customs duty is collected by Canada Customs, which is covered by customers.

Payment Methods Accepted

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit/debit cards and PayPal. The first top payment option is Pay by Credit/Debit card. Enter your card number, expire date and CVC to make the payment. We do not have access to your card information. All data is processed and protected by Stripe.

The second accepted payment gateway is PayPal. For payment via PayPal, you’ll be directed to the PayPal page during check out.

Sales Tax Policy

We do not collect sales tax for all States within US.
